Alfredo Sauce
1 pint of heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
Heat saucepan over medium heat.  Add heavy cream and bring to a boil.  Add Parmesan cheese.  Whisk until well-blended and cheese is incorporated.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Finish by adding butter and parsley.  Serve over pasta of your choice.
